In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing payment runs and setting up bank payments online
• Processing of invoices and expenses
• Liaising with the finance team to ensure invoice information is correct and allocated accurately, liaising with clients where information is not clear or contradictory
• Ensuring accurate & timely delivery of all reconciliation reports and bank payments set up within client and company deadlines
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
• Depending on candidate experience, preparation of quarterly management accounts and forecasting for clients

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Enthusiastic to learn and confidence to deal with all levels of seniority
• Part-qualified actively studying accountant ACCA or CIMA
• Experienced in the support or production of management accounts and statutory accounts
• Experienced in preparation of management accounts including dealing with third parties to ensure the financial information contained within the accounts is complete
