Interim Accounts Assistant job with our Glasgow based client for an initial 3-month period. The role will report directly to the Financial Controller. You will be responsible for:
- Purchase ledger duties including processing of payments and allocating supplier invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting month end reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of reports working to tight deadlines
- Supporting with ad hoc duties
To apply you will be an experienced Accounts Assistant with a broad accounting skillset and familiarity with Sage or similar software. You will have excellent attention to detail and good numerical skills. You will enjoy problem solving and be a confident communicator. This position will commence mid-end of July. This role is initially office based with the potential for hybrid working once comfortable in the role. Salary £25,000 - £28,000 p.a. dependent on experience.
