Interim Senior Financial Reporting Manager job with our multisite client. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:

• Leadership of the financial and management and reporting teams of circa 15 staff
• Delivery of the monthly consolidated group management accounts
• Production of statutory consolidated accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Drive improvement in the month end / year end processes and procedures
• Development of systems to support reporting process
• Liaison with key stakeholders including internal customers and also with the Shared Service Centre
• Ensuring Accounting policies are in line with new Accounting standards
• In conjunction with the Business Partnering teams, production of management information
• Compliance in line with Governance, Risk and Control requirements

To apply you will be a Qualified Accountant with strong Technical Accounting skills, be experienced in managing qualified finance teams of more than 10 and have a track record of Change and Transformation in relation to process and systems improvements. You will also have first class stakeholder management skills and will have delivered the above within a large complex organisation. Salary: circa £85,000 - £95,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent
