Interim Financial Accountant, Glasgow, £200-225 per day

 Exciting opportunity to join a business based in Glasgow who have experienced significant growth and are looking for an interim to join their team for a period of 3-6 months. This role will focus around assisting with financial year end as well as looking at processes and controls. Key duties will include:

 Assisting with financial year end

• Statutory reporting and liaising with auditors
• Review current systems and controls – identify and implement improvements
• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Assisting with the roll out of a new accounting system

 This role will require a qualified accountant (CA/CIMA/ACCA) who has a mix of both statutory and management accounting experience and ideally has a background in process improvements. Strong Excel and systems knowledge is also important. On offer is a position that will start asap and at a competitive day rate.
