Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, the Finance Director will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Group’s financial strategy. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially focused finance leader to drive profitable growth, provide strategic insight, and partner with leaders across the business to enhance performance and support long-term value creation.
The successful candidate will lead all aspects of financial planning, reporting, governance, treasury, and commercial finance, while building a high-performing function capable of supporting Kura’s continued expansion.
With delivery centres in the UK and South Africa, Kura offers exposure to international operations and cross-border financial management. This scale provides meaningful financial complexity while retaining the agility of a privately owned organisation, giving direct access to senior leadership with the ability to help shape strategy rather than simply report results.
