Cala is seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute FP&A Manager to lead on enhancements to financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business. This will involve oversight of new system architecture to facilitate detailed scenario planning for the benefit of both management and shareholders. This role is pivotal in driving strategic decision-making through insightful financial reporting and analysis.
