Senior Manager – International Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing
Location: Scotland (Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen)
Flexible / Hybrid Working Available

Rutherford Cross is supporting a leading Scottish advisory firm to appoint an experienced Senior Manager to join its expanding International Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing team. This is a high‑impact leadership role working with dynamic, fast‑growing, and internationally active clients.

The Opportunity

You will lead cross‑border tax projects, advise multinational groups, and oversee the delivery of complex international structuring and transfer pricing engagements. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm investing significantly in its tax practice, with clear routes for progression and strong support for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of international corporate tax and transfer pricing advisory projects
  • Advise clients on global structuring, BEPS requirements, operational TP, financing, and supply chain considerations
  • Review and deliver transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and policy development
  • Support tax governance and risk management for multinational groups
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the international tax offering
  • Work collaboratively across the wider tax, corporate finance, and advisory teams

About You:

  • CA/CTA qualified (or equivalent), with significant experience in international tax and/or transfer pricing
  • Strong technical skills and proven ability to manage complex cross‑border projects
  • Confident communicating technical issues clearly to senior stakeholders
  • A proactive leader who supports team development and strategic growth
