The Finance Director will lead a small, highly experienced team, requiring strong people management skills and high emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder, capable of fostering collaboration and trust across the business. A solid technical foundation and a strong focus on compliance are essential, ensuring robust processes and controls that provide confidence to the wider organisation.
In addition to core financial responsibilities, the Finance Director will play a key role in commercial activities, including contract negotiations and pricing strategy development. They must be adept at presenting financial information clearly and concisely at Board level and bring a continuous improvement mindset.
