Due to an internal promotion, a new opportunity has been created within Bellway for a Regional Finance Director for Scotland East and West. The role of Regional Finance Director will drive the financial performance and position of a region whilst also being a key member of the Scotland East finance team. Their key role will be to provide finance and commercial insight to the Scotland East and Scotland West regions and divisions, as well as structuring all of the regional finance people in the divisions in the most efficient manner.
In addition, they will support the Managing Director in the day-to-day implementation of the Division’s financial strategy across their regions.
For this role, the company is seeking a qualified accountant with proven senior-level finance experience and ideally within Construction sector although not essential. The successful candidate will be highly proactive and able to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. Excellent communication skills will be key, as well as being highly collaborative and able to build the required relationships to drive forward performance and strategy.
