Rutherford Cross is delighted to be exclusively partnered with our highly successful client to appoint an interim finance business partner for a short-term contract. The role will pay an attractive salary and operates on a flexible basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with the client’s finance and operational teams, acting as the key point of contact for all finance-related queries
• Present weekly and monthly financial performance and KPIs at internal and client facing meetings
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support the client’s strategic objectives and operational decisions
• Analyse and present complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and increase value to the business
• Work closely with the Finance Director and Financial Controller to ensure all department targets are achieved
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to prepare accurate and insightful budgets and forecasts
• Deal with ad hoc customer requests within required deadlines

Individual:

• Ideally Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or CA), consideration given to QBE
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
• Experience of working within a client driven environment
