Interim Financial Controller job with our Lanarkshire based client for a 10 week period running from Monday 15th July to Friday 20th September. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet for this growing SME
• Production of statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Cashflow monitoring and forecasting and closely monitoring revenue
• Management and leadership of a small but effective finance team
• Preparing budgets and financial plans for the business based on research and data reports
• Development and upgrade of accounting systems and processes

You will be a qualified accountant with previous experience of leading a finance team. You will be hands on in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts and a background in manufacturing will be advantageous as will previous experience of working during an ERP implementation.
