Interim Financial Controller role with our Aberdeenshire based client. This role is for a 6-month period and will report directly to the Finance Director, leading the Transactional Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining Balance Sheet controls and compliance
• Leading the transactional finance team of 4
• Maintaining 13-week rolling cash forecast and weekly cash management
• Supporting with monthly management reporting information for management and board requirements
• Developing accounting systems to support with day-to-day operations
• Payroll reconciliations and administration of company benefits
• Adhering to external and internal Financial Policy
• Supporting senior stakeholders with ad hoc projects where required

To apply you will be a Fully Qualified Accountant with strong organisational abilities. You will be proficient in excel as well as having excellent written and verbal communication. You will be comfortable challenging and influencing key stakeholders across the business and be a confident decision maker.

This role is based in Aberdeenshire, however there will be an opportunity to work from Glasgow with occasional travel. The role will commence in May.
