Interim Chief Operating Officer job with our central Scotland based client. Reporting to the Chief Executive this role will lead, manage and develop a small but talented team with the objective of realising the growth potential of this e-commerce business. The main duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage the day to day operational activities of the business
• Oversee and make sure social media content schedules are met
• Ensure the online services are organised and delivered to clients
• Management of a small and diverse team including Marketing, Admin, IT and Consultants
• Liaise with both internal and external key stakeholders at various levels of seniority
• Drive commercial activity to support the ongoing growth of online clients

To apply you will be a Senior Manager with a breadth of skills covering Sales & Marketing, Technology and Operational Management. Ideally you will have worked in an e-commerce business previously and will enjoy working in a fluid entrepreneurial environment. This role can be delivered remotely. Salary: circa £70,000 - £80,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent.
