Interim Financial Controller

Interim Financial Controller role with our Aberdeenshire based client. This role is for a 6 month period and will report Directly to the Finance Director, leading the Transactional Accounting team. The key responsibilities include:

• Maintain Balance Sheet controls and compliance
• Lead the transactional finance team of 4
• Maintenance of 13 week rolling cash forecast and weekly cash management
• Support with monthly management reporting information for management and board requirements
• Develop accounting systems to support with day to day operations
• Payroll reconciliations and administration of company benefits
• Adherence external and internal Financial Policy
• Support senior stakeholders with as hoc projects where required

To apply you will be a Fully Qualified Accountant with strong organisational abilities. You will be proficient in excel as well as having excellent written and verbal communication. You will be comfortable challenging and influencing key stakeholders across the business and be a confident decision maker. This role is based in Aberdeenshire however will have the opportunity to work from Glasgow with occasional travel. Salary £55,000 - £65,000 p.a. dependant on experience and begin in May.
