Interim Assistant Transactional Finance Manager job (Hybrid) with our Glasgow based large corporate client for an 18-month period. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Day to day managing of a transactional finance team responsible for the reconciliation and settlement of payments to internal and external partners
• Managing reporting of creditors and operational finance data to drive performance
• Delivering against a set of KPIs and targets ensuring day-to-day operational delivery for the team
• Performing monthly performance reviews to support and develop staff
• Identifying process areas for development and driving forward changes
• Managing controls and process documentation
• Liaising with internal staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ad hoc duties as required

Applications are welcomed from ‘Qualified by Experience’ Finance Managers with substantial experience managing transactional finance teams, ideally within a shared services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills and excellent attention to detail. Good understanding and working knowledge of Excel and other MS applications is also important. The position offers a hybrid working model. Salary: c£45,000 p.a.
