Temporary Part Time Finance Manager

Temporary Part Time Finance Manager job based in Glasgow City Centre for a 6 month period. Working ideally 3 days a week and Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:

• Annual budget setting and ongoing monitoring and forecasting
• Production of financial KPI’s by Department
• Preparation of monthly income & expenditure statements
• Liaison with Senior Operational Management regarding budgetary position
• The annual statutory accounts preparation and liaison with External Auditors
• Payroll processing and also payments to Creditors
• Cash Flow forecasting and liaison with the Bank
• Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations
• Assisting with grant funding claim applications
