Compliance Manager

Compliance Manager job with our high profile and rapidly growing Financial Services Company in Glasgow. This vacancy will ideally be recruited permanently but our client will also consider a 6 month temporary engagement for a suitable individual who is available at short notice. The post reports to the Head of Compliance and will be responsible for:

• Supporting all business areas to comply with external rules and internal policies and procedures
• Delivering the reporting and monitoring of our compliance frameworks across the business
• Supervision and management of Quality Assurance team
• Advise on rules and regulations and ensure adherence to Consumer Credit Legislation now regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
• Monitor compliance by undertaking regular compliance audits
• Stakeholder Management with Directors and Heads of Department within the Company
• Revise T&C’s and customer literature to reflect product developments
• Support performance excellence for the business throughout

To apply you will be experienced in Consumer Credit; Regulatory Reporting; Compliance & Risk Management. Ideally you will have a background in Life Assurance, Banking or a Lending environment. Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 or equivalent daily rate.
