Rutherford Cross is pleased to be partnering with a major challenger bank in Glasgow. We are working with the team to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst within their Business Decision Support team. This position will play a key role in supporting the Finance Business Partner, providing them and the business with monthly management accounts, detailed analysis and management information that will add value and aid the decision making process.

The successful candidate will form part of a collegiate and impressive team who are always striving to improve the quality and accuracy of reporting across the bank. This position will act as a brilliant springboard into a Finance Business Partner position, equipping you with the necessary skills to excel in your career and offering you exposure to senior stakeholders across the bank.

Candidate Profile

Our client is looking to recruit a proactive and driven accountant with the following:

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong spreadsheet controls

- A passion for identifying efficiencies

Package

The package on offer includes:

- Up to £42,500 basic salary

- Discretionary bonus
