The opportunity

Having opened our Manchester office in Q4 2017 in the iconic No1. Spinningfields building in the heart of the financial district, we are now looking to expand our team.  We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industry & Commerce Senior Finance Recruiter to join us on our growth journey as we establish our brand in the North West.

Working alongside Sandra McKinnon, one of the founding members of our Group, you will work with a high-profile client and candidate base to recruit qualified, senior finance roles on a retained and contingent basis.  You will have the opportunity to consult with clients to provide bespoke solutions to talent acquisition challenges and help organisations to achieve their potential by matching expertise to business needs.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Recruiter with a track record of delivery, and reputation for excellence and integrity in the Manchester marketplace.  You should be able to demonstrate excellent client/candidate relationship skills, sound business acumen and appropriate interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders, often at Board level.

Educated to degree level, or equivalent, you will have a keen interest in business trends and be able to articulate strategic alternatives to clients.  We will expect you produce and present stimulating thought-leadership content for your target audience based on sound market knowledge.  Fundamentally, you will be diligent, sociable and seen as a trusted advisor amongst clients, candidates, colleagues and the communities in which you operate.
