Background to the Opportunity

The opportunity has arisen for a Stock Analyst to join our client’s Finance Team on a permanent basis. Our client is a national energy company.

The Role

The role holder will be responsible for the execution of comprehensive general accounting and stock control activities.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reconciliation of stock systems
• Stock take
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT
• Management reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting

Essential

• 1 years’ experience within a finance department
• Knowledge of core financial systems and general accounting practices
• Proficient in MS Office, intermediate in Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, processes and workflow technology
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• AAT qualification
• Knowledge in stock and logistics environment

Remuneration

Salary: £24,923 - £32,919 per annum
