Rutherford Cross is delighted to be working with a leading organisation to recruit for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team to ensure that clients are well managed. A significant part of the role will involve relationship and project management. The individual will have demonstrated a level of autonomy in their career, showing the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their team to execute decisions to develop and manage key relationships.

 A summary of the key candidate requirements are as follows:

• Strong client relationship management skills and ability to handle challenges
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Must have demonstrated project management skills, plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget
• CA/ACCA qualification

The main duties and responsibilities will involve:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key contract stakeholders (internal and external) and ensuring effective communication.
• Manage contract governance including adherence to agreed process and procedures.
• Setting clear objectives and expectations for team members.
• Working as part of a team to support proposal activities, including attending and participating in client meeting and calls, owning and driving follow up actions and reviews.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and or extensions to services for clients.
• Reviewing budgets and resourcing requirements on a regular basis.

Remuneration

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) and an excellent benefits package.
