£80,000 to 90,000 per annum plus excellent bonus and pension.
Talented CFO is hiring their No.2 as this forward thinking organisation enters a period of substantial growth. Currently sitting at a turnover of c£200 mil, with aggressive M&A plans to expand throughout Europe, you will be a key hire to this company.
Offering a broad leadership role where you will:
- Manage the relationship with investors;
- Build, manage and develop a world-class finance team (currently 5 finance heads);
- Implement robust processes, systems and procedures to de-risk the business during growth;
- Promote a true Business Partner approach, ensuring the finance team offers maximise value add to the organisation;
- Deliver complex Group Reporting and Consolidations;
- Take responsibility for preparation of the annual budget for the group
- Oversee and lead the annual planning process for the business

To be considered for this opportunity, you will come be (ICAS/ACCA qualified) with the relevant PQE.
