Interim Group Financial Controller

Interim Group Financial Controller job with our Glasgow city centre based client for a 12-month period. Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of consolidated monthly group management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet accounts
• Production of group statutory accounts to meet IFRS
• Liaison with external auditors
• Preparation of Group and subsidiary budgets
• Forecasting and variance analysis for the Group and subsidiaries
• Stakeholder management including subsidiary Directors and the Group Board
• Supervision and management of the Financial Accounting team

To apply it is essential that you are a Qualified Accountant, probably a CA, who is highly experienced and up to date on technical Financial Accounting standards. You will have previous experience of reporting under IFRS. The position is to start in October. Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum.
