FP&A Lead – VR/LM90

A new role has been created within a well-established market leader to drive profitability and efficiencies across various parts of the business including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing & Procurement. Over and above acting as senior finance business partner to the aforementioned business areas, you will:

• Lead a team of financial analysts through budgeting & forecasting cycles;
• Provide key strategic support & insight, reviewing profit and strategic objectives;
• Drive projects and process improvement initiatives;
• Provide analysis and summary to senior executives;
• Provide performance reporting and supporting analysis, summarising and forecasting business performance;
• Provide financial analysis and interpretation around key business drivers and performance indicators.

The successful candidate will come from a commercially focused role with a track record of adding commercial and strategic value. You will be a performance focused with exceptional relationship building and influencing skills.
