Interim Accountant

Rutherford Cross is working with a Livingston based business to recruit for an Accountant for a contract which will likely last 3-4 months. Working within a growing division of the organisation you will be focusing on some project work concerning control improvements as well as working through a build up of month end duties. A summary of key tasks are below:

• Month end processing
• Running through month end file checklists
• Balance sheet interrogation
• Conducting file checklists
• Assisting with preparation for year end

For this role the company are seeking either a fully qualified or qualified by experience accountant who is immediately available. The business are currently working from home however that could change in the coming weeks. The role will be offering a day rate equivalent of between £35-40,000
