Part Time Finance Officer

Part Time Finance Officer job for a 12-month period with our client based in Edinburgh. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Producing financial statements and reports for funders
• Liaising with funders to ensure deadlines are met
• Creating Purchase Invoices, coding and adding to the Sage Accounting system
• Processing invoices and making payments to suppliers
• Processing and payment of expense claims
• Other finance/research administrative tasks as required

To apply you will have previous experience in a finance administrative role and have a high attention to detail. Ideally you will have worked with Sage Accounting software before and will have excellent communication skills in order to liaise with key stakeholders. The role is for 2.5 days per week. Salary: £30,000 p.a. pro-rata.
