Rutherford Cross Runs North Coast 500 For Charity

The team at Rutherford Cross and colleagues across the Livingston James Group are running a Virtual North Coast 500 to raise money for three well deserving charities providing vital services during lockdown. Our chosen charities are:

Samaritans, offering people emotional support

Social Bite, aiming to end Homelessness in Scotland

Good Morning Service, keeping the elderly connected, safer and feeling valued

The North Coast 500 is a 516 miles (860km) scenic route around the north coast of Scotland, starting and ending at Inverness Castle.  The challenge will see the team complete this distance over 10 days around our local neighbourhoods.

We realise that funds are tighter than ever, but if you are able to provide a few pounds to support your preferred charity/charities, we know it would be most welcome. Or, if you don’t feel able to support financially just now, please support us by liking and sharing our message to spread the word.

We will be updating you all through daily posts on where we are along the Virtual North Coast 500 challenge with a few suspect pictures and perhaps some questionable Lycra!

Wish us luck, we’re going to need it!
