Rutherford Cross has welcomed two new consultants to its growing team, William Dodds and Gillian O’Neill.
William joins the permanent team in Edinburgh focusing on senior level appointments across the East of Scotland. Gillian joins the Glasgow team to focus on permanent senior finance appointments, specialising in the placement of recently and newly qualified accountants.
William is an experienced finance and accountancy recruiter with a track record across all levels within finance having worked with a range of businesses including FTSE 100 companies, boutique organisations and family offices. William moved to Edinburgh in 2021 having worked for an international recruitment company in London for the last five years.
With a First-Class honours Degree in Sports Development, Gillian developed an award-winning start-up business within the fitness industry before making the move to return to a more people-focused role in recruitment with Rutherford Cross.
