We would be delighted if you could join us for a morning of conversation with Bruce Pritchard, Chief Operating Officer, International of Prometic Life Sciences Inc. Prior to being appointed COO in 2014, Bruce was the Group CFO, a role he had held since 2008, and held again on an interim basis from 2017 to Summer 2019. Bruce splits his time between the Group’s HQ in Montreal, Canada, and its UK office in Cambridge.
Since qualifying as a CA, Bruce has spent over two decades working in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. He has proven track record in strategic acquisitions and in raising debt and equity finance from public and private sources, including UK and NASDAQ IPOs.
Bruce is an active member of ICAS, serving for several years on the Council, Qualification Board and Executive Board, He is currently a member of Council, Oversight Board and chairs the Members board. He was previously Chairman of the Institute’s England & Wales Area Committee. He has also held a number of Non-Executive Director positions and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
