Rutherford Cross is working in partnership with a highly successful multinational firm in the Industrial sector. Part of a Group employing over 10,000 staff in 20+ countries worldwide, they are involved in the manufacture of a number of leading global brands and are renowned for their innovative approach.

Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking an experienced Tax Manager for the EMEA jurisdiction, to be based out of Luxembourg. This is a particularly exciting time to get on board as there is massive expansion planned over the next 18 months.

This is a varied role which will include Tax Accounting, Compliance, Transfer Pricing, M&A projects and Tax Auditing, among other responsibilities. You will work independently but have a lot of exposure to senior management. In addition there will be some international travel throughout the EMEA region (around 20%).

This role would suit someone working in a similar role already. In-house experience is essential; the ideal candidate perhaps trained within a Big 4 CA firm and move to an in-house Tax role 2-3 years ago.

Further requirements:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent
• 6-7 years relevant corporate tax experience
• Prior management/leadership experience
• Fluent English + other language(s) desirable
• Strong character, confident decision-maker with the ability to challenge and be constructive
