Rutherford Cross is working with an international business with a strong presence in Glasgow to recruit for a Senior Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Partner with strong leadership and systems/data experience to join a business who are focused on growth. This role will provide plenty of commercial and senior leadership exposure and will be managing relationships across multi-sites. The role will provide coaching and support to other members of the Business Partnering team and will report to the Head of Finance. A summary of some of the main duties are below:

• Working with, and coaching, finance business partners in production of month-end financial reporting for their respective individual business units
• Producing consolidated month-end results and forecast, including financial and non-financial KPI’s, for review by Head of Finance
• Presenting financial results, forecasts and commentary in operational business reviews; and provide coaching to finance business partners to facilitate an increased role in these reviews
• Ensuring external KPI’s are embedded throughout the Group both in planning and measuring of performance
• Supporting organic growth, analysis of new markets and products
• Ongoing review and improvements to KPIs and MI

This role requires a fully qualified accountant who is an experienced Finance Business Partner with proven reporting and forecasting experience. Working across the business, it is important you enjoy building relationships and collaboration and can present to senior stakeholders.
