Rutherford Cross is working in partnership with a growing global FinTech organisation who are based in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre.

Reporting directly to the Financial Modelling & Forecasting Manager, as the Management Accountant, you will be a key member of the finance team that is responsible for the Group’s continuous focus on financial forecasting, modelling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of historic financial data v. budget and prior-year to provide trend analysis and financial insight to senior stakeholders
• On-going liaison and business partnering with senior executives and budget holders
• Updating financial models
• Reconciliation and variance analysis
• Cash and cash-flow management
• Assisting with the implementation of new financial and management information systems
• Ad-hoc projects and forecasting

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified accountant (CA,ACA or ACCA), Finalist level may also be considered
• Advanced excel abilities
• Appreciation of working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
