Rutherford Cross are working in partnership with a leading FMCG global company with their European HQ based in Paris.  Our client is looking to appoint an Internal Audit Manager for their team.

The role will involve building the audit plan, identifying control areas and recommending improvements and leading the team including guiding junior members of the team.  You will be expected to understand and strengthen the internal control framework of the company.  Building strong relationships internally, this role will be an integral part of the internal audit team and across the wider finance business. The role will be between 40% and 50% travel globally.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience ideally having trained within a large CA firm or within a commercial company in an internal audit role.  You will be expected to have been at Manager Level for a minimum of 1 year. Strong academics are expected. Fluent English is essential and either French or Spanish is preferred. Having an EU passport is essential due to strict employment guidelines.
