Rutherford Cross is delighted to be working with a global business based just outside Glasgow who are looking to add an Interim Management Accountant to their team for a period of 6 months. This Management Accountant job would suit either a fully or part qualified accountant. The job will own the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting requirements as well as providing financial support to management through preparation of reporting packs and providing analysis of performance. The role holder will provide support for the budgeting and annual audit process as well as performing ad-hoc duties to support the Finance Controller where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts. Preparing the reporting packs and communicating results with Management
• Providing analysis on performance and variances to drive business results
• Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations
• Management of cash flows and performing accurate weekly forecasts
• Supporting the Budgeting and Forecasting for the companies
• Supporting the annual audit and statutory accounts process

This role will start asap.
