Interim Financial Controller job with our sme client based in Edinburgh for a 3–6-month period. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet
• Production of group consolidated statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Monitoring of cashflow and cashflow forecasting
• Ongoing improvements of processes, procedures and systems
• Consolidated balance sheet reconciliations
• Management of payroll for the business
• Supervision of a small finance team

To apply you will be a fully Qualified Accountant, who is extremely hands on having worked previously in a sme probably as a Financial Controller. You will have first class communication and IT skills. The client will consider a candidate who works 3 or 4 days per week. Start early July 2021. Day Rate equivalent circa £50,000 p.a.
