Interim Financial Controller job with our Edinburgh based client for a 12-month period. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Leadership and management of the finance team
• Annual budget setting, forecasting and re-forecasting
• Inputting into Group month end profit & loss, cash flow and balance sheet and reporting of performance against budget
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting group year end and half year process and liaison with external audit
• Leading on business partnering with operational departments
• Ongoing improvements in processes and procedures

To apply you will be a fully qualified Accountant who is an experienced Financial Controller preferably within a large or complex business. You will ideally have experience of managing both financial and management accounting functions and be comfortable business partnering operational teams to support commercial decision making. This role is due to start later in April 2021. Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
