Description

Interim Finance Manager job with our Edinburgh based client. This role will be for an 18 month period. This role will support the Centre Director and Centre Manager with budget forecasting, reporting and management. The key duties of this role are:

  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure quarterly financial reports are produced and working with partners to ensure they are reporting and reporting their budgets effectively
  • Develop and implement improvement processes and administrative systems relevant to projects
  • Lead the development, documenting and training of staff on procedures, systems and changes to external reporting and audit requirements
  • Provide and interpret financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain clear and accurate records for audit purposes, ensuring that they comply with regulation
  • Provide and maintain regular meetings with key stakeholders ensuring consistency of service, advice and support is provided
  • Production of Month End accounting, monthly KPIs and additional credit control where required

To apply you will be a Part-Qualified or ‘Qualified by Experience’ accountant comfortable in leading and supporting a small finance team. You will have the ability to manage workload, organising and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines. You will have strong systems and excel skills and have experience in system development. This role will begin in December or January and support hybrid working. Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 p.a. dependant on experience.
