Interim Finance Manager job with our sme client based in Glasgow for an initial 6 month period. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet accounts
• Production of year end statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Manage and lead a small finance transaction team Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking
• Oversee payments runs
• Cashflow monitoring and forecasting
• Overseeing Credit Control
• Cost Accounting and interfacing with manufacturing
• Stock analysis and control
• R&D Tax claims
• Consolidating reports in foreign currencies and submitting to head office in the US

To apply you will be a Qualified or ‘Qualified by Experience’ Accountant who is extremely hands on with experience of the day to day running of a finance department within a small to medium sized company. This role will support home / hybrid working. Start in January 2022. Salary £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
