Rutherford Cross is working with a business based in Edinburgh to recruit an Interim Finance Assistant job for a contract likely to last between 3-6 months. This contract role will start asap and will be working from home and potentially for the duration. A summary of some of the key aspects of the role are below:

• Purchase ledger invoice processing in a multi-currency environment
• Managing supplier queries and supplier statement reconciliations
• Prepare month end payment run
• Raising sales invoices and assisting with credit control
• Assisting with month end accruals and prepayments
• Carry out all month end duties as required by Finance Manager

This Finance Assistant role requires a candidate with a strong Purchase ledger background who has also had exposure to sales invoicing and credit control. A knowledge of Netsuite would be highly beneficial. On offer is a very competitive salary and a role to start immediately.
