Finance Manager - Financial Modelling - Edinburgh City Centre - £45,000 – 55,000

We have been retained to recruit into the role of Finance Manager by our high profile client, who are tasked with improving the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure investment in Scotland

Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will have key responsibility for all financial aspects related to the work streams undertaken. This will include assessing the financial viability of new proposals/projects, business case preparation, the development of various financial models and ongoing provision of financial and technical advice. Developing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders, you will prepare and delivery reports and presentations to senior management whilst also representing the organisation on various external working groups.

A qualified and commercially astute accountant, you will have a strong background in financial modelling and business case development, not simply the financial aspects, ideally gained across both the public and private sectors. With a solution focused approach and previous experience of contributing to innovative ideas, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to work with significant autonomy within a goal focused environment.
