The Finance Director position requires a professionally qualified accountant with the relevant PQE who possesses both excellent technical accounting skills, coupled with a proven track record of adding significant commercial value to an organisation. You successful candidate will be a self-starter willing to be involved in the detail, whilst having sufficient gravitas to support and challenge key stakeholders. Exceptional influencing skills are a pre-requisite, with a background in challenging commercial contacts being highly advantageous. Given this is a high growth commercial business, an appetite to continually improve Management Information packs, systems, controls and reporting platforms as the business continues to evolve are essential.
