The Finance Director position requires a professionally qualified accountant with the relevant PQE who possesses both excellent technical accounting skills, coupled with a proven track record of adding significant commercial value to an organisation. You successful candidate will be a self-starter willing to be involved in the detail, whilst having sufficient gravitas to support and challenge key stakeholders. Exceptional influencing skills are a pre-requisite, with a background in challenging commercial contacts being highly advantageous. Given this is a high growth commercial business, an appetite to continually improve Management Information packs, systems, controls and reporting platforms as the business continues to evolve are essential. Candidates coming from a heavily automated environment are not the right fit for this opportunity.

First round interviews are with our retained advisors at Rutherford Cross.  Final stages will involve meeting the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Applications should be sent to: [email protected]
