Rutherford Cross is delighted to be working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager within a growing Corporate Finance team.

Having gone through a period of significant growth our client is the leading mid-market Mergers and Acquisitions advisor in the UK, Europe and throughout the world. The firm are a strong market player and as such the role will allow the successful candidate to work on a wide variety of both domestic and international transactions.

The scope of the role will include both leading and managing of transactions as well as pitching for new opportunities. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to manage M&A projects with Director/Partner support.

Qualifications and Skills

• To be considered for the position you will have a strong academic background and preferably maintain a professional qualification: CA/ACA or equivalent.
• You will have corporate finance experience with proven ability in the big 4, an investment bank PE team, M&A Boutique or corporate business development role

• You must be highly motivated, commercially astute and have the ability to multitask on a variety of projects whilst maintaining timescales.
• You will be responsibility for drafting transaction documents, financial modelling and co-ordinating stakeholders and advisers.
