Title: Accountant

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Rutherford Cross is working in partnership with a fast growing Scottish headquartered company in order to recruit a newly qualified Accountant. On the back of recent external investment the business is scaling up in order to facilitate further expansion, which has created this new requirement. The position reports directly to the CFO, with a wide remit including day-to-day financial management, monthly reporting, revenue recognition, and transactional accounting.

Specifically this will include:

• Working closely with the CFO with responsibility for day-to-day financial management and control
• Financial analysis and supporting commercial decision making
• Monthly reporting under IFRS
• Year-end accounts preparation
• Ensuring all online transactions are correctly allocated and accounted for
