Temporary Management Accountant job with our Ayrshire based client for an initial period of 3 - 6 months. The post reports to the Finance Director and you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet accounts
• Production of forecasts, analysis of variances between budget and actuals
• Liaison with Operational Managers regarding financial results, explaining the reasons for variances
• Systems development and process improvement
• Supporting the preparation of the statutory accounts for the Company
• Balance Sheet reconciliations

To apply you will be a Qualified Accountant, ideally with a background in Manufacturing. You will have first class communication skills and will also be a strong Excel user. This role will require very close working with the operational side of the business. Salary £40,000 - £45,000.
