A new vacancy has arisen within Baxters which represents an excellent opportunity to join their Group Finance team, based in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO with regular interaction with the wider international finance team and various other key senior stakeholders within the business, including the group board, strategic business units and external advisors.
The position is best suited to someone who is looking to get involved with a large-scale business and someone who can bring new ideas to the table. This role will involve strategic oversight of the budgeting process, where the successful individual will present to the Board of Directors and Executive Management Team. The role will also take ownership of an in-depth analysis of information, as well as development of long-term annual forecasts.
The Head of Financial Planning requires a qualified accountant with a well-developed emotional and social competence growth mindset with experience in operating and interacting at executive board level. This individual will demonstrate proven FP&A experience with a sound technical understanding of finance and IT systems.
