Rutherford Cross working in partnership with Culture Perth and Kinross to recruit a permanent Head of Finance and Resources

Culture Perth and Kinross is a dynamic Charitable Trust, with responsibility for the delivery and development of museum and library services in Perth & Kinross. It has an annual turnover of £4.2m and has 112 (89FTE) employees and was created on the 1st April 2016.

The Trust manages Museums, Galleries, Libraries, Archive and Local History services previously operated directly by Perth & Kinross Council. The purpose of Culture Perth and Kinross is to advance the visual and applied arts, heritage and culture within the Perth and Kinross region.

Culture Perth and Kinross is looking to recruit a capable and committed Head of Finance and Resources to run the finance and resources function day to day and provide financial direction for the organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive the post-holder will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, reports for the Board and annual accounts to meet new charity SORP.

This is an excellent time to join this arts and cultural organisation with the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the future of Culture in Perth and Kinross. To apply you will be a Qualified Accountant, have a background and have experience of Charity Accounts and ideally have a keen interest in Culture, Heritage or the Arts. Culture Perth and Kinross are based at the AK Bell Library in Perth.
