Launched in late 2013, Rutherford Cross experienced significant year-on-year growth up until 2020 when the pandemic arrived, and the world changed forever. During the last 12 months, we have focused on our purpose and the aligning our strategy to the new market that has emerged. As such, we offer a higher base salary and car allowance than the vast majority of recruitment firms, along with a bonus structure that rewards in the upper quartile of the industry as a whole. Our consultant productivity leads the market, so you can fully expect the financial rewards to match your exceptional performance.
On joining, you will receive £500 towards creating a comfortable and productive home working environment, along with a laptop and fully paid mobile phone. We have an employer contributory pension, life assurance scheme, and give you an extra day holiday for each year of service. All expenses are covered for travel, parking and entertaining too of course. Although we are still fully remote working currently, we have two fantastic City Centre offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh that we are looking forward to being back in when restrictions allow.
