Rutherford Cross is delighted to be retained by William Grant & Sons to recruit an Operations Finance Leader for their Girvan site

Established in 1887, William Grant & Sons is a 100% family owned premium spirits company with a portfolio of award-winning brands that are enjoyed worldwide. William Grants & Sons employ over 1,800 people globally and sell products in nearly 200 countries.

Their eight core brands are Glenfiddich, Grant’s, The Balvenie, Tullamore D.E.W., Drambuie, Hendrick’s Gin, Sailor Jerry Rum and Monkey Shoulder.

Girvan Distillery was built in 1963 with the installation of its first Coffey still in 1963 which was celebrated with their first official bottling. The distillery is known as one of the most energy efficient distilleries in Scotland. The Girvan site is also home to Grant’s Scotch whiskey and Hendrick’s Gin Palace and now boasts a new malt Distillery, Ailsa Bay and a state of the art laboratory to help the business with its innovative programme of new product development.

The Operations Finance Leader role is a key member of the Girvan Leadership Team and provides financial analysis to support business decision making and supports the Girvan Team in the provision of accurate and timely Operations Management Accounts including Latest Estimates, Budgets, ACP & 5YP.
