The Operations Finance Manager leads a team of 2 based in Finsbury’s head office in Hamilton, the role will report to the Head of Finance and will be an integral part of the Finance team reporting on the financial performance of the business on a timely and accurate basis. This is a key role within the Site Operational Leadership Team (OLT) structure and will lead and develop the site management accounts function at the Hamilton and Twechar sites to ensure the required results in all areas within specific cost constraints.
The Operations Finance Manager role represents an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic environment where strong leadership is key.
